- Provide operational and analytical support for the global sales and CS Enablement organization
- Work with a complex dataset in order to build and maintain dashboards and provide regular reporting on key performance indicators for several teams, functions, programs, and projects
- Identify Improvement opportunities to scale and drive efficiencies through system enhancements and reporting automation
- Proactively build automation solutions via python that leads to time-saving and operational efficiencies for the team. Supports training efforts and execution strategy by acting as an SME.
- Test automation solutions, document business requirements and proactively engage with Business Partners (BI, engineering) in order to Interpret/validate data, share findings and develop/scale necessary reporting solutions according to business needs
- Deliver analysis pulling data from various systems (SFDC, Tableau, LMS, JIRA, Degreed)
- Document project goals and translate into clear and concise Business Requirement documents that are easily understood by partners.
- +3 years experience as a business analyst (or directly parallel role) working with technical systems.
- International mindset able to work with a virtual team
- Highly proficient user of MS Office with a strong emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience with data visualization tools like Looker or Tableau
- Experience with moderate to high SQL and SQL data analysis and manipulation
- Experience with Python automation scripts
